SLIDING BOARD JACK (OR DEADMAN)- ESSENTIALLY A PEG BOARD THAT SLIDES BETWEEN THE TWO FRONT LEGS, THIS ALLOWS LONG LENGTHS AND AWKWARD PIECES TO BE SUPPORTED EASILY.

A sliding board jack has a series of holes bored in to it to enable the use of holdfasts and wooden pegs to support work at any distance between the front bench legs. This is a standard feature on all of our benches and can be removed quickly if required.
