RETURN, REFUND AND
CANCELLATION POLICY:

Because our benches are built to order we regret that we can not accept returns. We confirm all of your order details by email and on a printed invoice and we recommend that you check this carefully- it is your opportunity to change or cancel your order should you wish.
We take pride in our business and wish you many years of happy woodworking on your new bench, however should it ever fall below satisfaction due to materials or craftsmanship we will not hesitate to come out and repair, or in extreme circumstances offer replacement. We offer this free after-sales service because we are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of each workbench and want you to be able to feel confident with your order.
Obviously timber is a natural material and a certain amount of movement can be expected- this is not a fault and will not affect the strength or performance of your workbench. We take every step necessary to ensure that this movement is kept to a minimum.
