These simple accessories extend the clamping potential of any tail vice, allowing boards of all lengths to be trapped down upon the workbench top for planing and various other activities.
Where stated we provide round brass bench dogs which feature a thin metal spring riveted to one side and a cross hatched face. Being brass if accidentally struck they won’t damage the tool. As they are round in shape they conveniently allow a holdfast to be used in each of the dog holes.
